Use as a salad dressing for any salad or wrap, as a cooking oil for sautéed vegetables, poultry, fish, eggs, or use as a dipping oil for bread.
Step by Step Instructions
Add avocado oil, leaving a little bit of room at the top of the jar; and shake well, making sure there are no clumps of garlic or seasoning.
Top off with avocado oil, let sit for at least 30 minutes (the longer the better).
Try not to drink it straight out of the bottle!
