Good For:

Use as a salad dressing for any salad or wrap, as a cooking oil for sautéed vegetables, poultry, fish, eggs, or use as a dipping oil for bread.

  • 2 g Parsley, Finely Chopped (About 1 Tablespoon)
  • 10 g Garlic, Finely Chopped (About 1 Tablespoon)
  • 10 g Cody’s Specialty Seasoning (About 2 Teaspoons) OR 6 g Creole Seasoning (About 2 Teaspoons)
  • 120 ml Avocado Oil (About 4 Fluid Ounces)

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Combine parsley, garlic, and Cody’s Specialty Seasoning (or Creole Seasoning) in jar, in that order.

Step 2

Add avocado oil, leaving a little bit of room at the top of the jar; and shake well, making sure there are no clumps of garlic or seasoning.

Step 3

Top off with avocado oil, let sit for at least 30 minutes (the longer the better).

Step 4

Try not to drink it straight out of the bottle!
